The Nashville Community Health and Wellness Team (CHWT) is a non-profit, 501c3, community coalition with a wide range of community members participating in our efforts. Our mission is to empower the Nashville area to be active and eat healthy. We vision a Nashville where everyone has the access to healthy nutrition and physical activity in the built environment.
